Had a Great Time at the 10th Annual East Central Iowa Sidecar Rally.
Thanks to John & Candy Dennis and those that helped put the event on.
Donna, Izan and I were in awe of all the rigs and fascinated with the stories behind them. It was the first time up close for some such as the Ural rigs.
“Very Interesting” as Arte Johnson from Laugh-In used to say.
Izan won the Youngest Sidecarist award, even though he wore himself out and was snoozing by the time awards were handed out.
Donna got some great shots (posted in albums) of the group ride out to the park and back. It sure was a hoot riding through the park and having all the campers and such wave as we rode by.

Wow a sidecar rally in Iowa. West Central at that. Had I known I likely could have attended. From what I read this was just a 1 day event. Our quantities of rigs seem few and far between here in Iowa. I believe I have the only rig in Winneshiek County.

We also had a great time!!! The ride through the park was the highlight of our ride!! It was great meeting all of you. Dave, Tucker and I will try to make it out again next year!
Here is a webpage.
I was there.
My rig is the black one without a front fender and with dog images on the tank and sidecar.
I had a great time chatting with fellow sidecarists.
There were several nice rigs.
