I recieved this hope that somebody in the sunshine state may be able to help Matt out.I saw your information posted on teh Motorcycle Rie VolunteerNetwork orum. I'm totally blind and live in Florida and amconsidering joining the USCA. Can you tell me if there are anylocal chapters in Florida. I see there is a Florida Sidecar Club listed in the sidecarist. Also wouldn't Spencer Bennet the USCA Southeastern rep maybe have a handle on something?
