When I put my 02 hack on my 2011 police bike I had to buy the complete sidecar connection kit from Harley. It was expensive but had everything that was needed, all mounts that go on the scooter ,longer clutch cable, master cylinder , brake lines, shorter foot brake arm ,steering stablizer and all loose hardware.

I went to my local dealer and the plan was to do the complete kit but they werent showing that it was available from the dealer anymore. Maybe I will check a few more locations in town and see if I have any better luck. Thanks a bunch for the info and item list. That will help for sure.

Does your sidecar have the rod end type mounts or the collar and ball type mounts? If it is the older style (collar and ball), you will have to do some custom work to mount to the newer frame. You should probably get one of the older service manuals off ebay and one for the year of your bike to help you figure out what you need to do. Attached are a couple of pictures of my TLE mounts so you can see what may be different. The upper mount is also different from the CLE to the TLE. Also attached is an installation instruction PDF that may help you. This PDF is not the exact one for your year bike, I will try to find that one later and put it in another reply here. You will see from the pictures that the TLE bike side mounts have a clevis and the sidecar side is a rod end. Also, the bike side mounts for your bike are slightly different than my pictures, you will notice that from pictures in the pdf file. The newer rear mount has two bolts instead of three and the front mount for your frame is only attached to the right downtube.
