SOLD - I'm located in Shreveport, La. and have a 2003 VL800. Attached is a Velorex sidecar since it's installation around 2005. It's been a sweet ride, and served me well. However, I'm looking for a change. It has around 50,000 miles, but with brand new tires and clutch replaced. Asking price is $4100. For the money, it will make someone a great turn-key rig. You may contact me through the site or call at 318/218-7591. Thanks for looking, Roland

This is a general suggestion, not just for this post. If there is contact information given in an ad USE IT. Often folks posting ads are not regular Sidecar.com users and have just come here one time to post a free ad. I can see when the last time a user has logged in and I've seen several cases where a seller comes here, posts an ad and never comes back. There's a phone number in the ad, call the guy!

Thanks Swampfox. I am trying to get the rig cleaned up good for the upcoming rally in central Louisiana, and will take some more pics to post here. But I've had a full plate here lately. I can snap a few shots to email if anyone requests them.

I have posted a few more pics that were taken last weekend at the Bunkie Boucherie sidecar rally here in south Louisiana. The rig still runs great, and would make a very nice, low investment addition to anyone's collection. It would also serve well as an initial sidecar rig for any interested in getting involved with this great form of recreation.

Roland, I got home with my (new to me) sidecar rig about 11:00 PM. Had it strapped on the trailer pretty good; everything was still intact this morning when I went out to check. It took longer to print the insurance ID card than it did to tie down the rig. I'll be doing the title transfer, etc. today. I'll keep you posted on my progress to become a sidecar driver. Thanks for your knowledge exchange and working me a fair deal on a well experienced rig.
