2007 F650GS Dakar, 650cc single, with DMC MB72 sidecar. Bike has TFX shock from Ted Porter, left side Vario case, stock seat and a Corbin with backrest, Touratech risers with "fat" bars, California Scientific windshield (with a spare) ABS and heated grips. Approx. 12,000 miles on bike (rig is still being used, so miles will accumulate ). Sidecar is color matched red, with carpeting, folding windshield, tonneau cover, disc brake, luggage rack. I'm having DMC build another rig with my R1200GS and I don't have room for two in the garage.

Pardon the shameless sales pitch - but - if you were a member you would receive a copy of our full color magazine - The Sidecarist. John has written several articles for the magazine featuring this rig. There are many pictures of the rig. It only costs $30 a year to be a member and receive The Sidecarist 6 times a year. Your membership also helps support this Forum. OK - Sales pitch done.

Will, sales pitch is good. I enjoy pitching the Sidecarist as one of the benefits of belonging to the USCA. I usually receive a couple extra issues to hand out to interested fellow sidecarists. This time of year they pile up but by the end of every summer I'm down to zero spare issues. I only received one copy of the current issue though. Not sure if someone in our local post office might have an interest in sidecars or what... Of course I hand out brochures too. Winter bound right now and I'm sure you are as well... More time on the computer.
