Petey and I rode the FLH/Liberty rig home from Vintage V-Twin yesterday. It's been in the shop since shortly after toasting the rear cylinder on the way to Hotckiss CO early in July. Good to have it home and good to have the faring again!! Took the little windshield off the FXD when the new triple tree was installed and never have put it back on. Tis the season when one appreciates a bit of windbreak...

Petey needed his chair back! Watch that wet nose!
Petey with a pair of Hubert Kriegel glasses...They fit him well.
Congratulation and now enjoy to stick your noses into the wind again.

Tom, good to hear from you again, and thanks for all those interesting links.

Hi Sven, we weren't without a rig while the FLH was laid up, we rode the FXD/Spalding a bunch over those few months. I think Petey likes the Liberty best because I've replaced the seat cushion with foam covered with a blanket that makes a full length bed. The cushion doesn't lift right out of the Spalding so he sits on the seat in it. He'll curl up and lay down when he chooses but he can't or doesn't stretch out like he can in the Liberty. My lil' buddy certainly loves to ride though. His glasses are Doggles. We hope you're getting some good rides in there in CR without getting too wet!!
