Me I am sitting in the flat of my passed by aunt who grew me up in freezing cold German summer... Yesterday I had a 95mi test ride on my son's Royal Enfield and needed to use the heated grips. What summer?
Since March cold and wet on 2 wheels.
I suffer serious abstinence symptoms.

Last week I was in Thüringen...long way South around the Elbe river through new terrain was shorter then the straight road back North through the Harz serpentines. Tomorrow we'll take the train down to Nürnberg.

On top my wife lost her mother on saturday and we do not get a flight back due to vacation time.
...
I too would like to hear what goes on with our dear friend on Hawai.

Peter Pan from the former border to Eastgermany close to Lübeck....

Glad to hear that you're well and kicking.

I spent several years just south in Bamberg (Warner Barracks), but would rotate up to Coburg

I am still living on the big island, the one named Hawaii. I have successfully avoided going to faux hawaii (honolulu) since about 88.

Honolulu is just another big city with some beautiful beaches nearby.
