How do I get the specifications for TLE sidecar frame? I have a
bent frame and need to know measurements to get frame back to specs.

Contact the Motor Company. They have a very good customer service dept and may offer info for repair shops.

They were not one bit helpful, finally located another sidecar in the area and got all the measurements I needed by measuring it myself.

hd has been out of the side car business for just long enough that there are probably only a few folks who have any idea how they work left.. and they are not likely to be the ones on the phone. when i got my current sidecar in 05 one dealer mechanic in a search of 5 or 6 dealers in two states actually knew anything - and by the time i got my 07 there was one parts guy who knew the parts - nobody else knew anything.

brakes, toe, alignment, parts, steering.. nada.

the long standing trend of folks selling off the sidecar without the mount kit is still going on - and mount kit parts are getting harder to get. in 07 it took 3 months to get a mount kit. its longer now.

repair parts? ill bet in a few years brake parts will be simply impossible to get.

eBay is really the only source - with some patience

*sigh*

My frame was butchered I found a guy that will weld the front lower frame replacement part that I need welded in place as soon as I get the piece made. I took dimensions off of another sidecar as Harley would not give me the specifications. I would be doing the welding myself but I now have a pace maker and am not allowed to weld. It will be done by spring.
