Due to potential legal liability, the United Sidecar Association cannot and will not take a position concerning alleged failures of manufacturers of sidecars. In addition, for the same reason, we cannot allow discussion on these matters to be posted on the USCA forum.

Failures of the sidecars themselves, or failures of the mfg's, or ....?

It is always a good plan when purchasing a sidecar from a manufacturer to protect your purchase in some way, such as pay with a credit card or make a modest down payment. It is also a good plan to obtain a written agreement on a delivery date with the option of a refund if the delivery date is not met. And maybe before you do any of these things check with the Better Business Bureau.
