Random quote: The government's view of the economy could be summed up in a few short phrases: If it moves, tax it. If it keeps moving, regulate it. And if it stops moving, subsidize it. >Ronald Reagan<

Can anyone tell me the difference between an RLE and a TLE? What years were the RLE built?

The difference is in the mounting attachments. I believe the TLE is used on the FLH models. The RLE is used on the FXR models which used the FLT frames. Most were sold for police or escort duty.
