Why not print the ballots in the Sidecarist? This would save X amounts of postage incurred in seperate mail-outs. We do this in our state organization and it wprks very well. J.R.

The ballots are printed in the Sidecarist for all full members. Associate members don't recieve a magazine so a ballot is mailed to them. That being said very few full members bother to send a ballot in and I don't know if they hesitate to cut up their magazine or exactly why. Actually almost all ballots that get mailed back are from Associate members. I'm sure there would be more interest if we had a contested race too.
